Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented Cashier who is fluent in English and Chinese. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases, process payments accurately, and provide excellent customer service to English- and Chinese-speaking customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Process cash, credit card, debit card, and other electronic payments.
Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries and assist with product information.
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Chinese.
Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable checkout area.
Balance the cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
Assist with stocking merchandise and other duties as assigned.
Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese, as required).
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
