About the Job
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Onsite Manager to serve as the primary link between our team and our client. In this role, you will oversee a light industrial/general labor workforce of approximately 50 team members, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain excellent communication with client management.
No prior management experience? No problem! Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Supervision: Oversee and support a team of up to 50 onsite employees, ensuring attendance, productivity, and safety standards are met.
- Client Partnership: Act as the client’s right-hand partner, maintaining regular communication, anticipating operational needs, and resolving day-to-day workplace issues prompt and professionally.
- Administrative Management: Collect, organize, and process employee documentation (including sick leave forms, incident reports, and timecards) in a timely manner.
- Onboarding & Check-Ins: Assist with new hire check-ins, shift start-ups, and daily roster tracking.
- Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions, attendance reporting, and general support.
