Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our kitchen and design team. In this role, you will handle high-end cabinetry, stone countertops, appliances, and design fixtures. Your main focus will be ensuring inventory accuracy, safely handling fragile materials, and preparing orders for designers and installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments of kitchen cabinets, hardware, and raw materials. Inspect items for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
Inventory Control: Organize, stack, and store inventory in designated areas using proper material handling equipment.
Order Picking & Staging: Pull and stage specific kitchen orders based on pick tickets. Securely pack materials to prevent damage during transit to job sites.
Loading & Shipping: Load delivery trucks safely, ensuring heavy items (like stone slabs or appliances) are balanced and secure. Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

Active forklift certification, stand up , reach, and picker.
Preferred Experience: 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally handling building materials, furniture, or fragile goods.
Physical Ability: Able to lift and move up to 50–75 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods.
Equipment Skills: Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks (certification preferred).
Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy to use barcode scanners and inventory software.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to read product labels, SKU numbers, and design order sheets accurately.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working specifically within the home improvement, cabinetry, or interior design industry.
