NOW HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE
  • Location: Montclair, CA
  • Pay: $20/hr. + $2/hr. with previous sales experience + $2/hr. with HVAC experience
  • Commission: 2%
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Expense Allowance: $400/month

Job Duties:
  • Generate new customers and sales leads.
  • Sell ductwork, HVAC products, and related services.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs.
  • Prepare quotes and sales proposals.
  • Follow up with customers and close sales.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with operations and installation teams.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • HVAC, ductwork, construction, or building-materials experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and job sites.
