Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal hiring initiatives.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media management tools, HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro, and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Taleo.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
- Negotiate employment offers and employment contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice.
- Utilize cold calling techniques for lead generation and talent pipelining to maintain a robust candidate pool.
